بازگرداندن کالا | شرایط و ضوابط مرجوعی

ما در پارتمیس تمام تلاش خود را می‌ کنیم تا شما از خرید خود رضایت کامل داشته باشید. با این‌حال، اگر به هر دلیلی از کالای خریداری‌ شده راضی نبودید، می‌توانید طبق شرایط زیر آن را بازگردانید. 

1. مهلت مرجوعی:
شما تا ۷ روز پس از دریافت کالا فرصت دارید درخواست بازگرداندن آن را ثبت کنید.

2. وضعیت کالا:

محصول باید کاملاً سالم، بدون آسیب‌دیدگی و در بسته‌بندی اولیه خود باشد.

لوازم جانبی، دفترچه راهنما و سایر اقلام همراه نیز باید همراه کالا ارسال شوند.

3. دلایل قابل قبول برای مرجوعی:

کالا با مشخصات درج‌شده در سایت مغایرت داشته باشد.

محصول معیوب یا آسیب‌دیده باشد.

کالای ارسال‌شده اشتباه باشد.

عدم تطابق رنگ یا مدل (در صورت تأیید شرایط توسط تیم پشتیبانی).

مراحل ثبت درخواست بازگرداندن کالا

1. ثبت درخواست
از طریق پنل کاربری > سفارش‌ها > درخواست بازگشت کالا اقدام کنید یا با پشتیبانی تماس بگیرید.

2. بررسی و تأیید
تیم پشتیبانی درخواست شما را بررسی کرده و طی ۲۴ تا ۴۸ ساعت نتیجه را اطلاع می‌دهد.

3. ارسال کالا
در صورت تأیید، کالا را طبق راهنمای ارسال مرجوعی ارسال کنید.

4. بازپرداخت مبلغ
پس از دریافت و بررسی کالا، وجه پرداختی شما تا ۷۲ ساعت کاری به حساب شما بازگردانده می‌شود.

هزینه ارسال مرجوعی

اگر دلیل بازگرداندن کالا اشتباه فروشگاه یا وجود ایراد فنی باشد، هزینه ارسال بر عهده [نام سایت شما] خواهد بود.

در غیر این صورت، هزینه ارسال بر عهده مشتری است.
